如何穩定且快速的生產文章是每一個作家、部落客、創作者都面臨的困擾。
有時候即使想好了題材，寫起文案了卻總是卡卡的嗎？或者是你總是懷疑自己寫出來的文章到底有沒有價值嗎？
下面這幾個方式或許可以幫到你：
一、心流寫作法，先寫再說
其實我們的腦袋是24小時不停運轉的，即使在睡覺、放空，大腦也會在後台被動處理資訊。
當你寫作時，可以試著不要管文法，不要管架構，先把腦中浮現出的句子、單詞先全部書寫出來。寫到沒東西之後，你會發現其實你已經寫了不少內容，這時候在把寫出來的東西重新整理成一篇草稿，或許就是一個不錯的文章了！
有時候我們太過完美主義，讓一些其實沒那麼困難的事情變得很難。凡事總是要求100分的人，無形中會給自己過大的壓力，覺得一定要萬事俱備才能開始做事，一旦事情沒準備好，就甚麼事都不做，也容易放棄。
先做到60分，再來挑戰100分，畢竟人生不像考試只有一次機會，對吧！
二、建立文章架構或SOP
我們做一件事情久了，都會有自己的一套方法。寫文章也是一樣，寫久了，就會開始有自己的風格跟套路。
例如你常常用甚麼開場白、用甚麼結尾、都在哪個圖庫找圖、怎麼修圖。
「發表文章」這件事情跟「寫文案」是不同的，寫文案充其量只是發表文章的其中一個任務。
我的經驗是，如果能把這些步驟寫下來，各自完成，心裡其實會比較踏實，也比較不會想：「我是不是還有什麼東西沒寫？文章連結改了沒？」「完了！是不是沒有掛上廣告？SEO優化了嗎？」
一旦把這些東西寫下來，一步步優化自己的寫作流程，接下來只要專心完成每個任務即可。
以我的情況來說，上傳一個文章至少包含了以下幾件事：
- 文案
- 開場
- 主要內文
- 結尾
- 首頁圖片
- 找到與文章相符的高品質圖檔
- 是否要修圖
- 是否要加上文字
- 其他雜事
- 優化網址
- 是否可以撰寫系列文
- 要不要放參考資料
- 延伸閱讀
三、自我提問文章的價值
當你有個主題之後，卻實在想不出要如何下筆，可以參考以下我的九宮格價值問題模式。
這個九宮格的每個問題對分別對應了文章的細分價值，回答相對應的問題後，這篇文章的市場價值就基本確立了！
當然一篇文章可能你覺得很有價值，讀者卻不買帳的機率很大，所以你要一邊觀察市場、一邊寫出有內容有深度的文章，同時又要對你的目標客群有用途才行。
當然，這需要練習，除非你是天才寫手（攤手），不過大部分的天才，也都是練出來的。
<我的九宮格問題模式>
以這篇文：「如何穩定生出好文章？部落客必備技巧-1」的產出過程舉例：
- 1. 這篇文章解決了什麼問題？有沒有提供讀者價值？
通常我會想到某個文章的題材，都是因為我自己最近正在實驗某個生產力方法，或是我閱讀到一些東西覺得很不錯，想辦法找資料彙整。如果這些方法我覺得對我自己有用，我想應該就可以寫成文章跟讀者分享！
- 2. 在網路上查詢有沒有人寫過類似的文章
如果有，先把連結儲存在筆記中，一方面是參考、另一方面是留著以後說不定有機會用到。
- 3. 這篇文章的目標客群是誰？
寫文章如要明確一定要知道自己的客群是誰。以我這篇文章來說，主要TA就是：部落客、作家、小編.…..。
- 4. 使用「三重點法則」
幫讀者歸納三個重點，也順便以此撰寫大綱。
- 5. 開場跟結尾要怎麼寫？
例如：使用疑問句開場、舉例、比喻法……
到了這個步驟，其實差不多整篇文章的架構都出來了，接下來只要補完內文即可。
- 6. 是否可以撰寫成系列文？
以我的經驗來說，系列文比較容易吸引讀者在網站多逛幾圈，例如我的斜槓青年系列書摘：
或者是我的休息力、西城玩物系列，都是很好的例子，點閱率也比較高！
- 7. 有什麼可以延伸閱讀的題材，之前有沒有寫過可以作成站內連結
寫部落格一個很重要的點就是，要形成自己的資料庫。
足夠的文章數量比較容易讓讀者感受到你的專業與用心，站內連結就是一個很好的方式，就像建立自己的維基百科一樣。站內連結也有助於提高讀者的停留率。

前陣子我開始了我的百日大挑戰，每天都要生出至少500字以上的文案，一開始還很擔心會不會花很多時間(其實一開始的確很耗時)，但自從我建立了自己的文章架構之後，整個流程就順暢多了。
現在我每天大概可以只用1~2個番茄鐘的時間就搞定粉專文案，花一點時間修圖片就可以上傳文章了。
這很大程度上也是因為我建立了自己的寫作ＳＯＰ，和逐漸找到自己的風格。
